When to buy ticket for Air Flamenco?

Hello,
I have already brought my ticket for Puerto Rico for Nov 2013...Should I buy my ticket for Air Flamenco when I arrived in San Juan Airport or should I buy the ticket beforehand? Also, what is the total price for 1 person?
