staying in San Juan, Camping in Flamenco

Hi, I am planning on visiting Culebra from San Juan. Looking into camping on Flamenco Beach, but I have a few questions.

1. Is it better to go on a Sunday or Monday?

2. Are there tents for rent available?

3. Will we be able to access food and alcohol easily on a Monday without renting a vehicle?

4.Is one day enough?
