Hotel without car

Dear Culebra knowers, I am travelling to Culebra vom 27 April to 1 May and I would like to find a nice accomodation place, where I do not need a car as I am not a very experienced driver. I could take a bicyle or a scooter if available and I also love walking. Do you have any suggestions where I could stay, maybe next to a nice beach? Thank you!
