I would think biking from Flamenco to Carlos Rosario would be doable if you have a good bike and aren't expecting a paved path. It's up one side of a ridge and then down the other, narrow and rocky in some spots. A mountain bike is preferable to a road bike even on the paved roads, as the pavement isn't the greatest in some spots, and the roads are narrow with no shoulders in most areas. Bike-friendly? The good part is there's not a lot of traffic, but the bad part is that due to the narropw winding roads there's not a lot of room. And like everywhere, there are always those folks who think they own the road (both lanes) and are in a huge hurry to get where they are going. We almost got run off the road to zoni by a pickup coming around a corner in our lane, but that can happen anywhere. Just be careful, use a mirror so you can see what's coming behind you, and if you go off pavement, watch out for acacia thorns. They will punture a bike tire (or the sole of your shoe) in a second.
