Make sure you check the moon calendar http://www.isla-vieques.com/moon-calendar.php before promising anything. Once reassured, that you will have a dark night, the most accessible bay woul dbe Dakity, but Manglar is the best. I would recommend this trip only for experienced kayakers, if you start from town!!
