We had The Thing not too long ago and took it to the road to the path to Brava, Tamarindo, Soldado and Zoni. I was happy NOT to have the golf cart to get to Zoni because I don't think it can go too fast and it probably would take too long to get there. The hills are REALLY steep and was happy to be in the Thing. You can not lock anything in it and we got rained on a few times as there are no windows but we had our bathing suits and when the sun came back out we'd take the top off and get dry. You must be able to drive a rugged stick and keep it in first going up the steep hills!
