You can stay at the Best Western in the San Juan airport. It's ~$120/night. You walk to it. you can hang out in san juan that evening. Take the early flight from Isla Grande to Culebra the next morning. Cab fare $20 and takes 20 min. flight is $65 each way. 30 minute flight. have camera handy for nice pics.
