Will I see the sun?

I understand that island weather calls for rain daily...but when I check the extended forecasts the clouds and rain seem to be all day long...can someone reassure me that I WILL see the sun when traveling to Culebra in two weeks?? Thank you kindly...I'm truly appreciative of all the information on this forum!
