When we camped at Flamenco we saw 2 problems with cats. The first problem was the shear numbers of them and the second problem was the tourist that fed them at the kiosks.

We saw one person who was feeding the cats from her plate and at one time she had 16 cats surrounding her. A good start is spaying and neutering the cats. After that, a few discrete signs that say, "Please do not feed the cats" would help tremendously.
