It should be easy to get a taxi from the airport to Flamenco Beach (for $3 a person) then it is a 20 min hike (with hills and gorgeous views) from the Flamenco Beach parking lot to Tamarindo Beach, and it is really good snorkelling from the beach there, was just there a couple days ago. Have fun!!
