its about 6 busses and about 14 hours to get to the ferry from sju.
its sounds like a waste of time not an adventure.
youre gonna spend money on plane fare to sju just to play hit or miss? what a waste. you and your friends need to pool your money and either rent a car one way to ceiba from AVIS or if you have no credit card hire a taxi.
