THANK YOU SO MUCH MICHAEL!!!!! Just spoke with the Capt. with the number you provided and unfortunately he does not offer the bio bay tour any longer...we're thinking of trying to leave culebra and go to vieques for the tour on our last night and stay over there to catch our plane back to San Juan but don't want to charter a plane or do the ferry to get to Vieques...I know it's a question asked frequently but does any water taxi go from Culebra to Vieques...and if so do you know how much it costs???
