Possible beach wedding?

So my fiance and I have been looking for a beach wedding, and she keeps changing her mind on where to have it (I know, a girl being indecisive about her wedding...weird). Anyway, now she wants it on flamenco, but I dont even know if there's a person there to perform it. Is there a person or planner on the island who I could talk to?
