It only costs $15 to taxi from SJU to ISG. It's a set price. As crazy as traffic is in SJU, it would be worth it (to me) to take drop the car at SJU and take a taxi. The rental car centers are on site at SJU, and it's a short shuttle ride to the airport (5 mins) where you would make your way downstairs to get a cab to ISG. By the time you've driven around in traffic, you'll be ready to have someone drive you. LOL!
