Charter flight info - Culebra to Vieques April 20

Hello,

My girlfriend and I will be traveling to both Vieques and Culebra in late April 2011. We will be in Culebra first and are attempting to get to Vieques by air to maximize our time there. We have never traveled to Puerto Rico or the islands before and have a few questions:

(1) What is the best way and carrier to travel from Culebra to Vieques? Is it possible to just show-up at the airport and meet up with people trying to charter a flight that day or is this wishful thinking?

(2) If we need to charter a flight, is there anyone that would like to get in on this charter flight?
