Hey All!

I'm going to be traveling to Culebra the middle of March and wanted some suggestions. :)

What's the best way to get around Culebra? I plan on staying in the water as much as possible but will want to do some excursions that require getting out of Dewey.

Any other suggestions on things to do or places I have to see? This will be my first time in Culebra or Puerto Rico or even in the Caribbean! :)
