The Culebrita baths are on the top North side past the end of the sandy beach. it's a short walk that all should be able to get too. There is a path up to the lighthouse as well. That's about a 15 min hike. The roof structure has been removed so it's safe to walk around in the building. The main lighthouse is about 150 years old now so you are taking your chances if you venture up. There is a shell beach on the East side. The South side (where the taxi will drop you off) is good for snokeling.
