I would not want to risk my vacation time trying to get out of trouble. If this is important to you, there are probably better alternatives that would not land you into legal problems.

I saw no clothing optional persons during our vacation, we were at Rosario almost every day for 10 days, we also did Solado and a few others and I would say they are not remote enough to ensure a problem free vacation for all visitors to the island.
