I just called Air Flamenco and asked about flights from Grande to Culebra. She said they do not have their FAA approval right now but hope to get it resolved in about a month. If I were a betting man I would not place any bets on the FAA doing anything in a timely fasion. I hope I am wrong but you have to ask yourself, "do you feel lucky?"
