I'm starting to look at planning a wedding in Culebra. I'm a little concerned about the legalities (how difficult it will be with all the signitures, etc.). But tt popped into my head that if we manage to go the week after Christmas, will those legalities could be even harder or even impossible because of closed Offices or people on break? Any opinions or suggestions on making planning a wedding easier, please respond. Should I forget the week after Xmas?
At this point there will be only 3 guests at the most.
Oh, is there a golf course on either Culebra or Viejes?
