I think you are talking about a group that worked out of Costa Bonita,
although Costa Bonita wasn't involved. They tied up a local and robbed
him, there were rumors he was involved in drugs too, so it maybe was a
inner circle kinda thing. I have never heard of locals beating up anybody
unless it was someone stealing from their families or some drug thing.
I have friends and relatives on the Island, they feel safe. Nobody is
terrorizing the Island, it sounds like maybe you are involved?
