Just returned from our annual two weeks on Culebra. We too have been to many islands in the Carribean and have found Culebra to be our favorite. We have been coming here now for 6 years. We love the pace, people, the ruggedness and beauty. While at Zoni last week we watched a helicopter land on Cayo Norte and a truck came over the new road, picked up passengers from the copter and drove back over the hill. If there is development on Cayo Norte hopefully it will be on the other side so it will not be visable from Zoni.
