Good evening,
Flamenco has a 4:30 & VAL has a 4:45pm. Additionally, on Thurs, Fri, Sat. Flamenco usually has a 6pm (likely the late version which ended up 7pm the previous poster mentions).

Matt, at Culebra Air also does charters, which might accomodate your schedule.
