Speaking of the Zoni area,

I heard that there is a development taking place on the other side of Cayo Notre, even though the purchase has not been finalized.

I did notice a dirt road running from the hilltop down the Zoni side of Notre. Maybe that has been there a long time and I just never caught a glimpse of it.

Can I be educated?
