When we were down in Culebra we saw two jet skis running the chanel by Louis Pena....
Nothing a 50 caliber with a good scope couildn't have sunk real quick.
I dont think a sea turtle would think much of one of those obnocious machines bouncing off its shell.
I'm thinking you might have the wrong Island in mind for a vacation.
Try Cancun or some other noisy place.
Peacful Culebra should out law them for sure!
