Snorkeling and diving in Culebra...corals?

Hi there:

I wonder, if I go on snorkeling on the island...I am looking to see hard corals, like acroporas, staghorn corals, montiporas etc...not only soft corals..is that possible?

Do you know where in the island is the best place to see these hard corals?
