Going to Culebra in mid March 2010. Have 5 all together: Sr. in college, Sr. in high school, and freshman. Arriving in PR 10PM. Want to see BioBay. Heard there's one in Fajardo also Vieques. Which is best? Dont want to spend a lot of time moving place to place. Thinking of flying to Culebra. Is it best to fly from Ceiba, or Isla Grande airport? How long is the drive to Ceiba? Any advise how to get to Ceiba? I know Isla Grande is very close to SJU. Any advise on a hotel in PR our first night before our flight to Culebra? Any other advise is appreciated! I can't wait.
