My friends and I were planning a small bachelor party and were wondering how are the conditions on Culebra, specifically on Flamenco's beach side. Given the news and the flood warnings for the island that were given early this morning. We were wondering if the weather conditions were still optimal for a camping trip to Flamenco Beach.
