We actually didn't make it to Culebra. We decided to stay for the duration on Vieques. I called the airlines and one of them (can't remember which) said it would be possible to fly over for the day with our party of 6. It turned out to just be too difficult to coordinate all 6 of us. Turned out there was plennnnnty to do on Vieques!
