Hola! It is smart of you to start looking now. February is mid high season for snow birds looking for warmer weather. An agency, such as those mentioned by Debbie are a good resource. They can find accommodations for a big group like yours with a good location. You can also call or Email yourself. Many of the places around Culebra, Mamacitas, Kokomo, etc. have enough rooms for that many people. The key thing here is to start shopping around ahead of time so you can find the best affordable place at a strategic location. I would do the same homework for transportation. Book your rental vehicles ahead of time or find out about the publicos big enough fto transport your entire group. Negotiate prices with your drivers before you get in the vehicle.
