Hola! There is no cost for parking at any of the beaches or anywhere else on the island. Be careful trekking around in a golf cart. The roads can be bumpy, curvy and hilly at times and I don't know how much stability a cart can provide. Just don't go too fast. That's the Mami in me :) be safe! Happy travels! J
