I happened to find the island of Culebra by accident while surfing the internet on info concerning seashells. I would like to visit it this year or next. I would visit it to see the lizards and birds, not to see the high-rise condos that exist on ground that they use to walk on. Never underestimate the importance of pristine land. Once it's gone, that's it. No monetary profit can bring it back. My prayers are with you in your struggle.
