Hello Vaccine, by no which way can I guarantee these prices but the following search under google: "public parking fajardo" gave me this info:
There's a spacious outdoor parking lot on the right-hand side of the road as you approach the ferry docks. The lot is surrounded by secure fencing and has 24-hour surveillance. It’s $5 a day
