hasnt anyone thought of suggesting culebra as the dive destination?
or vieques even.

why go to such extremes?
are the reefs intense?

better than the reefs around culebra?

considering yourself a novice, why dont you rack some hours up with awesome coral reef dives.
theres lots of them around the sister islands
