I think the original owner developer went
bankrupt and the condominium owners
took over. They still have a lot of condos
that didn't sell and the ones who are trying
to sell keep lowering there prices. I don't
know if the problem is Costa Bonita or the
real estate problem nationwide, it's probably
a combination of both.
