You can get the flights in the morning and then as late in the day you can for the return. The flight is usually on demand time too. Try calling Willy or the dive shop to see what time thay can water taxi you to and from Culebrita. From town to Culebrita I would estimate a 30 minute boat ride. So it is definately doable. And worth the trip to Culebrita. I didn't mean to pour cold water on your journey plans. You will have a blast and be happy that you experienced it.
