Ferry from Culebra to Vieques

Hi there - I'm going to be visiting Vieques in September and wanted to also venture out to Culebra for a day or two. Is there a ferry between the two islands that doesn't involve going back to Fajardo?

I saw another post here that referenced Island Hi-Speed Ferry, but they seem to have stopped service in PR. Is that correct?

Is our only option a flight? Any idea which airlines provide service?
