If you're just looking for fun Punta Soldado is great. The road there is a trip, but the beach is right next to the parking. Shade, lots of empty beach to fish on (my husband caught 4" parrot fish!). We've seen folks using both spinning and fly rods. Snorkling is also great there. Enjoy!
