We used John's Publico a couple of weeks ago. He picked us up right on time at 6:30 a.m. in Condado, so we had a little more distance to cover than from SJU. We made the ferry in plenty of time. He said he did try to get ferry tickets for us ahead of time (we asked him to), but they wouldn't sell them to him -- apparently this happens from time to time, depending on who is working. We had to stand in line for over an hour to get our tickets, but it was worth it. Would have been nice if he could have gotten them for us, though.
