We recently returned from a wonderful vacation on Vieques and Culebra. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bahia Marina Condos http://www.bahiamarina.net/ As one of the larger places to stay, I think they would be a good place to check to see about child care. I suggest calling their front desk directly rather than going through their reservation # and their front desk is (787) 742-0536. Ask to speak with Luis, the GM.

Since you sound as though your are flexible regarding your travel plans, you might want to find out when school on Culebra is over and may be able to find a student who could help watch your children.
