Please remember that none of the places on Culebra overbook, like big airlines or or big hotels (remember the last time you got to the airport and were told, 'sorry ...) - so if you do not show, because the weather is 'bad' (please do read the many post on this subject matter; in short there's no such thin on Culebra) that your seat or room will be empty and most likely you will be required to pay for it!
Many places charge 100% in advance for this very reason. The weather on Culebra is never 'bad' - it might rain for half an hour here and there and might be cloudy for some hours. You will get your tan, no matter what :)
Actually a webcam might not be such a bad idea after all ..
