Punta Soldado, out past Seaborne, is very good, too. It is on the lee side so is often the calmest water on Culebra. If seas are calm, I have also seen magnificent fish at Zoni, including octopi and stingrays.

On Flamenco, don't forget to check out the so-called Shark Pens. They are toward the eastern extremity of the beach. There must be a colony of squid there, as I always run into a "squadron" of them patrolling.
