We're staying at the Gran Melia( Rio Grande) in Feb. I like to go to Culebra for fishing/ diving one day . I'm wondering if that is enough time to do that in or take a couple days ? Otherwise just make a day trip to the beaches. Also hear Green beach is a nice beach to check out.
