I've read many suggestions of taking a taxi or flying from San Juan to Culebra, however I was wondering if anyone has experienced the public buses? I've read that the entire trip on the public transportation system runs about $6.00 per person as apposed to $65.00 for a taxi & if it is a decent system, I would love to save the money. Also, could someone give me an idea of how long it will take to get from San Juan airport to Fajardo?
