My boyfriend and I are coming to Culebra in late December, and we are thinking of eloping while there. I have done some basic research on Puerto Rican weddings (we only want a brief civil ceremony; doesn't even have to be on a beach, although that would be nice), but I need to know if we can swing this on Culebra, since our trip really doesn't take us to the PR mainland other than a brief stop at the airport coming and going. Can anyone recommend a Culebra-based wedding planner who could cut through some red tape for us? I understand there is no court or judge on Culebra, so does anyone know who could perform a ceremony? Thanks.
