Good afternoon,
Both Flamenco Air & Vieques Airlink have regular flights daily to/from Culebra & San Juan. They are r/t 105 pp & go from the smaller, regional airport in San Juan, which is just a 15 min. taxi ride from the Int'l airport. Very convenient & much less expensive.
