I am heading down to Culebra from the cold state of Alaska. This will be my second time on Culebra, I was there at the begining and end of my trip last March, its pretty amazing, I was camping there for "Santa Semana", It got a little crazy there at there camp ground. I was hoping for a calmer setting. So what should expect for Christmas and New years time?
As with most Alaskans I love to fish, so where do I get a fishing license and what arer the regulations? Also any fishing advice for on Culebra, what to fish for and what to use and where to go?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
