Angelina I do not know what to say because you couldn’t say it any better, if most of the community thought the way you think, and even considered your recommendations, much of the problems that are occurring in the island of Culebra would not have been occurring the way it is. That is the difference between a leader and followers in this case the mayor is the follower with the position of a leader that dose not know to take recommendations and that dose not know how to consider peoples opinions.
