Hi Mathew,
There are only a couple of places on the beach, and neither run 80-90 a night. You might be better off staying in town and taking the publico to Flamenco Beach, then you can hike to Carlos Rosario Beach. Otherwise, you would need to rent a car to access the rest of the island.
