Hola! I'm glad to know that Hotel Kokomo is fixing up the facilities; you can't beat the price and the location right across from the docks. I did read another posting today from someone trying to make a reservation via internet that you do require a $50 deposit beside the rental fee and taxes. Never heard that before. That might discourage a potential guest. Happy travels! J
